Activities Director (Licensed) – Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Licensed Activities Director to lead and elevate the life enrichment programs across both our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and compassionate leader who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents through meaningful, person-centered activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, develop, and implement dynamic activity programs for both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing residents
• Create engaging, individualized experiences that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Lead and inspire the activities team across both settings
• Coordinate special events, outings, and community partnerships
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for activity programming
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a vibrant community environment
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Activities Director License required
• Previous experience in long-term care, including both AL and SNF preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation
• Energetic, creative, and resident-focused approach
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
