Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn, located in Ohio, are seeking a dedicated and flexible Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a split position between both facilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Accurately document patient care and progress using Net Health
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team across both locations
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred
- Experience with Net Health is a plus
- Ability to travel between Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Full-Time position
- Split coverage between Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn
- Weekend or holiday rotation may be required
