Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Managing case files and deadlines
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing for hearings and trials
- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
- Assist with case management and trial preparation
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or collections
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
