- Prepare initial drafts of discovery requests and responses, various motions, and proposed Orders.
- Thoroughly review, index, and summarize a wide range of records and documents.
- Proficiently handle the electronic filing of court pleadings in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
- Summarize discovery responses and findings from factual investigations.
- Maintain organized and accurate databases containing client records and relevant case documents.
- Prepare comprehensive trial binders for court proceedings.
- Generate clear and concise client summary reports.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the discovery process.
- Proven ability to draft legal documents effectively.
