A well-established defense litigation firm with offices across the East Coast is seeking a skilled and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding practice in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team and contribute to complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial drafts of discovery requests and responses, various motions, and proposed Orders.
• Thoroughly review, index, and summarize a wide range of records and documents.
• Proficiently handle the electronic filing of court pleadings in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Summarize discovery responses and findings from factual investigations.
• Maintain organized and accurate databases containing client records and relevant case documents.
• Prepare comprehensive trial binders for court proceedings.
• Generate clear and concise client summary reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the discovery process.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents effectively.
  
  

Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,000
