What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Ave Staffing?
Civil Litigation Associate (District Court Focus)
Raleigh, North Carolina
The Firm
Join a prestigious, multi-practice firm in Raleigh known for its deep roots in Wake County and a culture built on grit, military-grade discipline, and professional excellence. Unlike high-volume "mill" environments, our client operates in specialized silos that allow for high-margin work and genuine mentorship. This is a firm where hard work is recognized, and the path to Partnership is clear and proven for those who demonstrate the drive to build a practice and serve the local community.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Civil Litigation Associate to capture and grow a steady stream of high-quality leads. This role is perfect for a "hungry" attorney with 1–2 years of experience who wants to be in the courtroom rather than stuck behind a desk doing document review. You will handle a variety of civil matters with a focus on high-margin landlord-tenant disputes, collections, and general District Court litigation.
