WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Customizing tax and estate planning advice
- Researching and applying rules governing estate, gift, GST and income taxation of trusts and estates
- Trust and Estate Administration advice
- Ability to work directly with clients to establish, develop and maintain long term relationships
- Licensed to practice in NC
- 3 years of experience in Trusts and Estate planning as an attorney
- Experience assisting high net worth clients
- LLM in Taxation or Estate planning preferred
