- Experience: 6 years in a high-volume business immigration practice.
- Expertise: Mastery of both NIV and IV visa categories.
- Credentials: JD from an accredited law school; active Bar license in good standing (NC preferred or eligible for reciprocity).
- Skills: Elite legal writing, complex case management, and experience mentoring junior staff.
- Architect and execute complex immigration strategies for multinational corporations and domestic industry leaders.
- Oversee high-volume filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, E, and O non-immigrant visas, as well as the full PERM/Green Card process.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate HR directors and General Counsel, providing real-time compliance advice and risk mitigation.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of paralegals and junior associates to ensure excellence in work product.
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft persuasive responses to high-level RFE (Request for Evidence) and audits.
