We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, builders, and homeowners while supporting a dynamic manufacturing operation. Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18 per hour (Based on Experience)
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer and homeowner inquiries.
- Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments while managing customer expectations.
- Provide installation updates and communicate project timelines.
- Create and manage service tickets for parts and warranty-related requests.
- Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service updates, and project progress.
- Communicate daily scheduling updates through email and builder scheduling systems.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, communication, and overall customer experience.
- Support a collaborative team environment through cross-training and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, building materials, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers.
