Window & Door Installer (Entry-Level & Experienced)
Looking to build a rewarding career in the construction industry? Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring both Entry-Level and Experienced Installers to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll install windows and doors in newly constructed homes while learning valuable, hands-on skills. No experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training and the support you need to develop into a skilled installer.

Pay: $17.60/hour - Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM
Walk-ins are welcome—apply in person and start your journey with us! Hours 8 am - 11 am
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced installers to install windows and doors in new construction homes
- Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns (training provided)
- Lift, carry, and position materials, including heavy windows and doors
- Climb ladders and work at heights while following safety procedures
- Support your team with hands-on labor and problem-solving on job sites
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Show up on time, ready to learn, and ready to contribute every day
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade
- Team player who communicates well and supports others
- Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders required)
- Commitment to following safety guidelines, including OSHA fall protection
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast-growing company
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in construction or home building
- Familiarity with windows or doors installation
- Valid driver’s license
