Pay: $18-$19/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 AM

Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our distribution and installation operations. In this hands-on role, you will prepare and load materials for installation crews, maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure products are delivered safely and on time.

What You'll Do
- Pull and prepare materials based on daily schedules and order manifests
- Read and verify order paperwork to ensure accurate loads
- Scan products to maintain inventory accuracy
- Load trucks and trailers safely and securely
- Complete shipping and loading documentation
- Conduct vehicle, trailer, and forklift inspections
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
- Assist with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed

- Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided
