Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations (calls, mail, visitors, meetings)
- Handle documentation, reports, and filing systems
- Support onboarding/offboarding and office logistics
- Monitor AR aging, follow up on dues, and resolve discrepancies
- Process billing adjustments, credit/debit memos
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in Admin/AR support
- SAP or ERP experience preferred
- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Word, Outlook, Teams
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel
- High attention to detail & urgency
