Avanciers is seeking a Test Engineer to take full ownership of manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies. The role requires strong expertise in system-level testing, troubleshooting, and test execution within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of accountability (“Test Captain”) for test stability, performance, yield, and quality across production lines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Test Program Ownership
- Own and manage end-to-end manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies
- Act as the single point of accountability for test execution, stability, and performance
- Ensure reliable test operations across manufacturing partners and production environments
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align test strategies and execution
2. Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting
- Perform system-level testing of complex PCB assemblies
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, fixtures, and test software domains
- Conduct initial failure analysis (FA) on test failures
- Identify root causes of electrical, RF, digital, or functional issues
- Differentiate between product, fixture, software, and test-related failures before escalation
- Experience with RF measurements, signal integrity, and circuit behavior analysis
