Job title: Admin. Office Manager with HR experience (min. 2 yrs)
Location: 3155 N Point Pkwy., Alpharetta GA
Role: Hybrid (3-days in office and 2-days from home)
Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
Distance: Only local candidates within 30 minutes drive
How You’ll Make a Difference:
You will report to the HR Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with team leaders.
When you join an Avion Networks, you’ll participate in a six-week training program to succeed in your role.
- Under the direction of the HR Manager and dotted line to the operations manager – reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the main office
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the in-office experience and align workplace operations with employee needs and company growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including facilities issues, employee requests, and general workplace support
- Support management related to office operations, vendors, and employee experience initiatives
- Review emails day to day to evaluate the impact on the office.
- Experience with records maintenance and database management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
- Oversee scheduling, timesheet, and employees’ garnishments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Additional tasks needed by the main office.
