Under supervision of the Campus Center Food Court Manager, the Assistant Production Manager is responsible for preparing complex menu items and safety and sanitation standards. This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement and insurance.
Required Qualifications: A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts with food Service experience, or a High School diploma or GED with 3 years Food Service experience and at least one year Catering experience. Must have a valid NYS Class D Driver's license. Experience with restaurant point-of-sales systems preferred.
