Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Saturday, 6 00 am until 2 30 pm with Overtime possible

Wooden Truss Builders- Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble building material components such as roof and floor trusses
- Insert or position materials, clamp, splice, and fit parts by hand and with power tools.
- Verify dimensions of cut materials to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality control checks and inspect components for defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly processes.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed.
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
Wooden Truss Builders- Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior construction experience preferred.
- Steel Toe Boots required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced non-Climate controlled environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit, able to stoop, bend and squat for 8-10 hr. shifts.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods while swinging a hammer for 8-10hours.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- English and Spanish Speakers are welcome.
