This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The service area includes Alamance, and other counties as needed. CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Qualifications:
CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Education:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in a home health or community health setting preferred.
- Experience in leading or coordinating patient care is strongly preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of home health patients.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs.
- Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
