Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This position supports daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a target of 98% same-day accuracy
- Load and unload delivery trucks on a daily basis
- Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse operations and business needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Participate in all required safety training programs
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- Familiarity with standard warehouse tools and material handling equipment
- Understanding of hazardous materials shipping procedures is preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing) for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and handle equipment/products up to 100 lbs
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
