Important: This role will primarily support operations in Orange County (CHOC location) but candidates must be comfortable traveling to San Diego occasionally for meetings and project support.
Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support a large-scale EPIC integration project within a healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative coordination, scheduling, and project support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, and project logistics
✅ Assist with training room setup and coordination
✅ Support EPIC integration project activities and administrative operations
✅ Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication across teams
✅ Store, retrieve, and organize information for staff, vendors, and departments
✅ Coordinate with interdepartmental and external teams to support project success
✅ Assist with onboarding, orientation, and office technology troubleshooting
✅ Help maintain smooth day-to-day departmental operations
Required Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Comfortable supporting large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
➕ 3 years of administrative experience
➕ Associate’s Degree preferred
➕ Prior healthcare or hospital environment experience
➕ Experience supporting EPIC or healthcare system implementations is a plus
