- Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, collaboration, and inclusive communication.
- Supporting performance improvement activities, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Mentoring colleagues and participating in professional development and competency assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety goals.
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
