Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Kodiak Island, Alaska.

- Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population across the lifespan in a critical access hospital.
- Cover outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility units, with potential to float within scope.
- Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation.
- Participate in wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties as needed.
- Work a day shift schedule, 5 days per week, with no weekend or on-call duties.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Active Alaska or compact license.
- Experience with Epic EMR required; pediatric/adolescent experience preferred.
- Ability to float between different units and facilities within the state.
- Deliver outpatient rehabilitation to patients of all ages.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
- Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
- Work during major holidays as required and submit time-off requests upfront.
