Phlebotomist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and specimen processing in a patient service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all age groups
• Collect specimens for various tests such as drug screens and paternity tests
• Accurately enter patient data and process billing information
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
• Travel to additional sites as needed
• Perform other assigned duties
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 6 months of experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility for overtime and minimal supervision
• Ability to pass a color blindness test
