- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in acute care
- BLS certification
- Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills
- Work 12-hour shifts on Day, Evening, or Overnight schedules
- Maintain high standards of nursing practice across units
