- Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
- Manage patient care and support team members in care delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of LPN experience.
