We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time evening role, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities include: providing direct patient care under RN supervision, maintaining and reviewing patient records, participating in team activities, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Vocational/Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing, licensure as an LPN in Virginia, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and no prior experience required.
Preferred: One year of experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant.
