Inova Health - Primary Care is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This role will be full time day position, Monday – Friday, 7:50am – 5:00 pm

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN.
- Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards.
- Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees.
- Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
- License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Experience : 0 years of experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant
Salary : $5,250
