- Manage a pipeline of 10–15 opportunities, driving business development efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies and align efforts.
- Lead onboarding and implementation processes for new accounts to ensure successful integration.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare packaging or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including to Mexico.
