Position: Charge Registered Nurse - Surgery/OR
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks appropriately and work collaboratively to achieve unit goals. Emphasizes critical thinking and team participation.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, associate degree in nursing (BSN within 5 years), ACLS and PALS certifications within ninety days of hire. Preferred: BSN or higher, OR/surgery experience, OR charge experience.
