Role: Charge Registered Nurse - Surgery/OR
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, associate degree in nursing (BSN within 5 years), ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Skills: Baccalaureate or higher nursing degree, OR/surgery experience, OR charge experience.
Key Duties: Deliver quality patient care using critical thinking, ensure compliance with certifications, and support team objectives.
