- Deliver physical therapy services following established standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform resident screenings, evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals.
- Communicate findings and treatment recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure documentation and billing comply with company and CMS standards using the NetHealth EMR system.
- Exercise sound judgment in planning, implementing, and following up on therapy programs.
- Complete all duties necessary for quality resident care and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
