The expected salary range for this role is between $40,000 - $45,000k. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
Keep the Pipeline Alive
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across hospitality verticals (restaurant, hotel, and beyond)
- Continuously source and identify talent so new searches never start from zero
- Develop targeted lead lists for both candidates and prospective clients
- Verify and enrich contact data to ensure outreach is fast, accurate, and effective
- Own CRM accuracy keeping candidate and client data clean, organized, and actionable
- Handle data entry, tracking, and system updates to support recruiter workflows
- Assist with job postings and ensure roles are properly distributed and positioned
- Support outreach campaigns and follow-up processes to maintain momentum
- Execute consistent follow-up with clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction
- Support reactivation of past clients through organized outreach efforts
- Assist in quality control touchpoints to ensure a high-level client experience
- Eliminate bottlenecks by taking on administrative and operational workload
- Help the team take on more searches without sacrificing speed or quality
- Contribute to process improvements that increase overall recruiting efficiency
- Support scalable growth without immediately adding full recruiter headcount
- Recruiters gain back significant time each week to focus on revenue-generating activity
- Pipelines remain consistently full across all active and upcoming searches
- Client follow-up is consistent, improving retention and reactivation
- Data is clean, organized, and actionable at all times
- The team increases production without increasing burnout
QUALIFICATIONS
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A proactive, “find a way” mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Hospitality experience (restaurants, hotels, or service industry)
- Exposure to recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or sourcing tools
