Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview exceptional candidates for executive and management roles in hospitality, leveraging recruitment agency best practices and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for hospitality clients, including advertising, interviews, and placements, delivering a seamless and professional candidate and client experience.
- Represent Gecko Hospitality’s brand and values, educating candidates and clients on unique opportunities and fostering lasting relationships based on trust and industry expertise.
- Drive business development: proactively identify, target, and secure new hospitality clients, tailoring recruitment solutions and establishing enduring agency partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators and deliver exceptional, measurable results comparable to agency standards. Manage the entire process independently and with precision, from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates, all while benefiting from the full support of Gecko's community.
- Demonstrated success within a recruitment agency setting is essential, with a focus on placing executive and management talent
- Outstanding business development sales skills, proven track record of winning and scaling new client accounts in an agency environment
- Proficiency with cold outreach, relationship-building, and managing a 360° recruitment desk
- Experience in the hospitality sector
- Exceptional verbal and written communication tailored to agency and hospitality audiences
- Advanced organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, clients, and vacancies
- Fluency with remote agency tools, including ATS, video platforms, and collaboration solutions
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Personable and approachable, able to build rapport quickly with both clients and candidates
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver recruitment solutions that make a measurable impact
