What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support resident mobility and comfort needs
- Provide companionship and help create a positive, engaging daily experience
- Work alongside a caring, experienced team committed to exceptional resident care
- Communicate observations and updates to nursing staff
- A caring, patient, and dependable individual with a heart for seniors
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain resident dignity and confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
