- Provide direct resident care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Work closely with RNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Active LPN license (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate and reliable
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
