What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Active RN license (required)
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
