Delta Press Machine Operator (2+ Years Recent Experience) – 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Delta Press Machine Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role requires recent, hands-on experience operating a 13-inch-wide Delta press/web machine. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a 13-inch-wide Delta press/web machine.
• Perform die cutting, splitting, and laminating with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments to ensure consistent production output.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials, and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RECENT experience (within the last 2–3 years) as a Delta Press Machine Operator.
• Direct experience with die cutting, splitting, and laminating.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage production priorities.
• Must successfully pass a standard drug screen and background check.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24 – $26 per hour (flexible for exceptional candidates).
• Shift: 2nd Shift.
• Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
