Production Operator – Finishing Team (1st & 2nd Shift)
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00/6:30am – 3:00pm | $18/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am | $19/hour
About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Production Operators to join the Finishing Team. These roles focus on completing finishing tasks that ensure customer orders are accurate, high-quality, and ready to ship. Candidates should be dependable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate finishing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Complete paperwork, labels, and production documentation as required
- Wrap, box, and prepare completed work orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Support additional production or finishing duties as needed to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a production, warehouse, or printing environment
- Strong reliability and steady work history
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working at a consistent pace
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in printing, packaging, or finishing work
- Familiarity with basic computer systems for recording production data
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
