1st Shift Warehouse Team Member
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm (approximate)
Pay: 20-24/hour
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support shipping and receiving operations. This role requires strong accuracy, consistency, and a commitment to reliability. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, processing inventory, and ensuring materials are entered accurately into our ERP system (Epicor).
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Enter receiving information manually into the ERP system with high accuracy
- Pick, stage, and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and reach trucks (experience preferred but not required)
- Maintain stock levels of shipping materials and documentation
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve shipping or receiving issues
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years of consistent warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
- Reliability: Strong attendance and commitment to long-term employment
- Accuracy: High attention to detail when entering data and processing shipments
- Technical Skills: Comfortable entering information into ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)
- Equipment: Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks is a plus, but not required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Other: Ability to lift and perform physical warehouse tasks safely
