Warehouse Technician II – Receiver/Shipper Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $19.00–$25.00/hour About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician II – Receiver/Shipper to join our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and shipping seed and non-seed materials. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and timely shipment of products.Key ResponsibilitiesReceivingVerify incoming shipments against packing lists and ERP system recordsInspect materials for damage and ensure accurate counts and weightsStage and store materials in designated warehouse locationsEnter receiving data into ERP system and maintain accurate documentationPerform sampling, counts, and testing of seed materialsOrganize and scan receiving records for tracking and complianceShippingPick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to order requirementsVerify product identification, counts, and weights for accuracyStage shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentationCoordinate shipping priorities with Customer Service and internal teamsMaintain accurate inventory and warehouse organizationEquipment & Warehouse OperationsSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipmentSupport inventory control and warehouse processing tasksFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentQualificationsMinimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experienceForklift and material handling equipment experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems preferred)Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periodsAbility to work overtime during peak seasonsEducationAssociate’s degree in Agriculture, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferredEquivalent work experience will be consideredCompany DescriptionFor over 30 years, clients and candidates have entrusted AtWork to provide workforce solutions nationwide.
