Overview
We are seeking an experienced Buyer to support procurement operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase materials, equipment, and services per company policies
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Track purchase orders and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Support procurement processes and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a Buyer or procurement role
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
