Maintenance Worker
9/8/80 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with every other Friday off.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks to ensure safe and well-maintained properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)
• Perform unit inspections, turnovers, and ensure compliance standards are met
• Troubleshoot and repair doors, windows, locks, drywall, and fixtures
• Maintain grounds including landscaping, irrigation, and debris removal
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Track work orders, maintain logs, and assist with inventory and supplies
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies

Qualifications:

• 3 years of general maintenance experience
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills for work order tracking
• Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
