Enrollment Services Associate 100% Onsite - Full-time
Help future students take the next step in their education! We’re seeking a motivated Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide exceptional support from first inquiry through enrollment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach and interviews with prospective students.
- Share accurate program, financial, and student services information.
- Support students through application steps and document collection.
- Collaborate closely with Student Finance and campus teams.
- Maintain detailed notes and manage your outreach pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals.
What You Bring
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
- 3 years of fast-paced customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in enrollment/admissions or sales is a plus.
