Client: Medical Device Company
Location: Danvers- MA
Onsite/Hybrid role. Out of state candidate will have to relocate on their own to MA in 2-3 weeks time.
Pay Rate- $70-75/hr W2
Contract Term: 12 months with possible extension.
Note: we do not take visa transfers or support sponsorship. This is not a C2C / 1099 role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Top 3 technical skills that are required for the role:
1. Electromechanical design of machinery.
2. Design of tooling, dies, molds, jigs or fixtures
3. Solidworks design environment with experience with PDM environment
Education Required: BSME preferred
Years’ Experience Required: 5 years minimum
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Researches, plans, designs, verifies, validates and develops mechanical and/or electromechanical products and systems, such as metals, instruments, controls, plastics, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, resonance, hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Recommends various technology options or approaches for system, processes, facility or program improvements in terms of safety, performance, efficiency or costs. May be responsible for the transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
Required Knowledge and Experience: May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Salary : $70 - $75
