ATR International is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a major client!
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Hourly Rate: $27.00
Job Description: Equipment orders through Workstore internal equipment ordering
- Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
- Set up lunches, stock snack area
- Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
- Conference room calendar management
- Possibly taking on one manager calendar (TBD)
- Work side by side other admins for team on-site support
Requirements
- Self-starter, super organized, familiar and comfortable with confidentiality
- 2-3 years’ experience with managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee set up, event scheduling

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
