What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at ATR International?
Key Responsibilities
Chair customer focus team meetings, manage overall relationship satisfaction, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure program deliverables meet customer specifications, budget, and timeline goals.
Oversee account profitability, backlog, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory; publish accurate revenue projections.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational metrics and drive cost efficiencies.
Serve as the site SAP Super User and ensure compliance with ISO quality management standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing or a high-technology environment (10 years preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (Super User experience preferred) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Domain Skills: Ability to read/interpret engineering schematics, instructions, and technical procedures; familiarity with CPI/CRM processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and high ethical integrity.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
