Reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management, the Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of a customer manufacturing program, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking key deliverables, and helping ensure production, quality, cost, and customer expectations are met. This role will support a new customer program involving complex PCBA manufacturing and testing processes, requiring strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and foundational financial acumen.

What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and other support teams.
- Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and action item tracking to ensure program commitments are met.
- Serve as a customer-facing point of contact, providing updates, addressing issues, and escalating risks as needed.
- Track program KPIs related to delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, inventory, accounts receivable, and financial performance.
- Support forecast alignment with production capacity, materials availability, and operational requirements.
- Help monitor manufacturing cost, forecast variances, and corrective actions to support financial performance.
- Participate in risk management, scope changes, ECOs, PCNs, and contract compliance activities.
- Prepare program reports, customer updates, and internal presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in program/project management within engineering, production and operations.
- Experience supporting customer programs in a contract manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, including delivery, quality, inventory, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Foundational financial understanding, including cost tracking, forecast variance review, budgeting/forecasting concepts, or P&L impact.
- Experience with PCBA, SMT, AI-related products, or complex testing processes.
