We are currently hiring for multiple Material Handler positions to support our growing warehouse and manufacturing operations. We are seeking dependable candidates with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, including material handler roles, forklift drivers, and shipping and receiving experience, who can ensure accurate inventory control and efficient material flow across production areas.

Position Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. This role plays a critical part in supporting production by coordinating material movement, inventory tracking, and system transactions within a regulated manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and within system tracking tools
• Generate and process work orders in ERP systems
• Complete work order receipts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and assembly areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment
• Assist in coordinating the flow of materials through manufacturing operations
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment
• Handle materials, including chemicals (with proper training provided)
• Support overtime needs based on business demands
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support shipping and receiving processes as needed
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (for certified forklift drivers)
  

Compliance and Quality

• Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Comply with FDA regulations and other applicable standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous material handler, warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred
• Experience as a forklift operator or forklift driver is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes
• Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control practices
• Ability to work in a regulated or structured environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Willingness to work in both warehouse and production environments
