Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage server systems, assist with enterprise voice/data networks, and provide high-level maintenance across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in maintaining system integrity, executing capacity planning, supporting network performance tools, and managing critical hardware/software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Server Systems & Performance: Maintain enterprise server systems. Execute server capacity planning, monitor system performance, and utilize/support advanced server performance software.
• Network & Telephony Support: Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wireless voice and data networks. Provide Level 1 support for network and telephony issue resolution.
• Infrastructure Operations: Install, configure, and maintain data network and telephony equipment, including routers, LAN switches, wireless access points, servers, backup systems, phones, and diagnostic tools.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades, service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Inventory & RMA Management: Oversee basic inventory management processes, initiate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and track hardware issues through to full resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, server systems, and enterprise networks.
• Core Technical Skills:
• • High-level proficiency with Server Systems and Server Capacity Planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of Server Performance monitoring and software tools.
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining LAN/WAN/Wireless hardware and voice systems.
  • Familiarity with network security configurations, patch management, and RMA processes.
