Account Management - Enterprise Account Executive
This role requires deep experience in IT and Engineering staffing and workforce solutions. In this role, you will own and grow key enterprise relationships, ensure delivery excellence, drive account expansion, serve as a strategic partner to ATR customers, and hire top-tier technology talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise Customers across all lines of business.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders (leadership, procurement, HR, PMOs, TAs, etc).
- Align closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely, quality candidate submissions for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
- Proactively identify and convert opportunities for new roles, business units/line of business, or service models (e.g., SOW, project teams, offsite/nearshore).
- Participate in and contribute to presentations for performance reviews, deliver QBRs, and maintain detailed account health metrics.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, VMS/MSP expectations, and client-specific onboarding protocols.
- Stay current with hiring trends and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps).
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruitment and account management or sales experience in the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Engineering job families (software development, systems engineering, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments and navigating complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen and a client-first mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
