We are seeking a dedicated, proactive Client Service Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of employer-sponsored retirement plan clients, delivering responsive day-to-day service and coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is well-suited to someone with experience in an RIA, recordkeeping, or TPA environment who wants to step into a fiduciary-oriented position with meaningful growth
opportunity at an independent advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20-30 employer-sponsored retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), 457 plans). Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and external partners.
• Client Engagement & Retention: Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement, participant outcomes, and overall plan success. Support client retention efforts and collaborate across teams to help clients achieve their goals.
• Service Delivery: Address and manage client service requests daily through phone, email, Teams, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
• Plan Administration: Oversee plan onboarding, conversions, and ongoing administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal advisors, analysts, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service.
• Industry Networking: Attend relevant industry events to stay informed on trends and build relationships with peers and vendors.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to the growth of the client base by supporting colleagues in achieving team goals.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
