Our client is a prestigious fintech firm in Manhattan, seeking an HR Specialist.
- Collaborate on complex, cross-functional projects and process improvements across the organization

- Support various aspects of the employee life cycle, including compensation analysis, internal mobility, and employee experience programs

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of two years of HR experience in, or exposure to, a human capital function and human capital systems
- Strong academic background is preferred
- Experience improving processes and leveraging AI is preferred
- A familiarity with and interest in generative AI is required.
- Background in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services preferred
- Workday exp is a plus
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
